12 persons max for Whidbey Beach Retreat property includes children, day visitors and evening guests.
No parties or weddings allowed.
Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property.
No smoking allowed in or around the property.
Initial deposit will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 120 days or more before the beginning of your reservation dates, minus a $300 (plus tax) booking fee. No refunds will be given when written notice of cancellation is received less than 120 days before the beginning of your stay.
